Essay #2
Boys should blubber for three reasons: unexpressed feelings can damage a person’s relationships, it’s honest, and it’s a normal part of life.
The first reason boys should blubber is because unexpressed feelings can damage a person’s relationships. It can make you seem cold-hearted to others. Being emotionless, silent, and unexpressive can change people’s perspective about you. It makes you seem fake. If you have a stone cold expression all the time, you don’t seem real or reliable. You seem cut off, emotionless. By being cut off your giving yourself a reputation of being not trustworthy
The second reason boys should blubber is because it’s honest. It shows your not hiding anything. By being open and showing emotion you are demonstrating that your not afraid of exposing anything. It reassures people that your being truthful. Being respectful and showing emotion to the situation at hand it helps people to understand that at you are telling the truth. It helps strengthen relationships.Like before I said that unexpressed feelings can damage a person’s relationships, well, showing your emotions can mend broken bonds.
The third reason boys should blubber is because it’s a normal part of life. It’s a natural biological response. No human has ever not cried, so why try not to. It helps cope with our feelings. By keeping it in we are actually physically and mentally hurting yourself. It releases pain. It’s really damaging to keep all your emotions inside.
